Identification of radial ball bearings
For radial ball bearings with normal technical conditions, the raceways of the inner and outer rings should be free of flaking and severe wear marks, and should be a bright arc groove; all the balls should be round, and the surface should be free of spots, cracks and flaking; The cage is not loose, broken, or worn through.
 When holding the inner ring with one hand and pushing the outer ring quickly with the other hand, the rotation is required to be stable, and only a slight sound of rolling balls on the raceway is heard, without vibration; when stopping, it should be slowed down gradually and there is no backlash after stopping. For normal radial ball bearings, the gap between the inner and outer rings and the rolling elements is 0.005-0.010mm.
